TDA7498 amounts is the market's first power amplifier supports single chip integrated analog, logic and advanced sixth-generation BCD6S processes of high pressure functions (double/CMOS/DMOS). Compared with other class-d amplifiers, ST BCD6S process to achieve higher chip area efficiency, while mitigating crosstalk and improves sound quality. In addition, the BCD6S allow high power output complement integrated NMOS and PMOS transistors in the circuit, eliminating the old process required for external bootstrap capacitors and cathode diode load. This approach simplifies the design of the system, saving board space and improves the reliability of product design, and optimize the cost of materials.
